Nose: piney, floral, lemon, hint of green chilis, slight mineral note, very subdued smoke.
Palate: slightly oily, with wonderful peppery notes, and herbaceousness, floral and citrus notes come back midpalate, the smoke makes an appearance right before the finish. The finish is dry with white pepper coming back, - the finish goes on forever, Excellent.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Clear
Nose: Herbal, fresh cut wood, floral hints
Palate: High saturation of flavor, very mineral with oily cooked citrus and green chili, silky texture in the palate. Smoke laced throughout the entry and becomes more prominent in mid palate where it brings an underlying tropical fruit sweet note and black pepper. The finish is long and intense with notes of herbs, live wood and wood smoke. Hints of mature agave sweetness lingers, minutes later after tasting.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Abundantly fruity and floral, Jasmine, tangy tamarind, cherry and currants.
Palate: Blackberries, pineapple, honts of raw honey. Caramelized agave notes combine with terroir which overpower the smoke undertones making it carry a pleasant sweet and long finish.
